Jorge Ontiveros

Jorge Ontiveros is the Principal of North Canyon High School in PVSchools. Mr. Ontiveros provides instructional and organizational leadership for North Canyon High School, overseeing student achievement, school culture, staff development, community engagement, and the implementation of campus goals and initiatives.

Mr. Ontiveros has been serving the district since 2004. During his career in the district, he has served in multiple leadership roles at both the middle and high school levels, giving him a deep understanding of the students, families, staff, and communities that make PVSchools successful.

Mr. Ontiveros was raised in San Luis, Arizona, and moved to the Phoenix area in 2005. His experiences growing up in a close-knit community and building a career in education have shaped his commitment to creating schools where every student feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.

Mr. Ontiveros holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Grand Canyon University and began his career as a classroom teacher before transitioning into school administration. He brings more than two decades of experience in education, with a leadership philosophy centered on student success, strong relationships, high expectations, and meaningful community involvement.

Ashley Kilcullen is an Assistant Principal at North Canyon High in PVSchools.

Before transferring to PVSchools, Ashley spent 10 years of her education career in the Ferguson-Florissant School District in St. Louis, MO. Ashley was a high school mathematics teacher, and dance team coach, and later became the Math Instructional Support Leader.

Ashley earned her undergraduate degree in Secondary Mathematics Education from the University of Central Missouri, a masters in Educational Psychology, and a specialist degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
