Senior To-Do List:

  • Pay graduation and outstanding fees in bookstore or online.
  • Order cap and gown for commencement ceremony.
  • Purchase a senior shirt.
  • Invite your family and friends to graduation.
  • Buy a yearbook.

Senior Fee

Senior fee of $40 covers diplomas, transcripts, commencement activities and supplies, senior activities, and other items.

Please pay this through the bookstore as early as possible in the school year.

  • Commencement practice check-in
    • Practice begins at 7:30 a.m. and is mandatory!
    • You must be at practice on Wednesday morning to participate in Commencement on Thursday evening.

Course Fees

Check with the bookstore, library and athletics early in the school year to make sure all course fees – as well as old balances from textbooks, library books, PE uniforms, etc. – have been paid before your senior checkout sheet is generated in the spring.

All fees must be paid prior to graduation.

Plans for after high school all set? Send us a photo of the graduating senior with the acceptance letter – university, college, military, trade school. We're proud of you, and want to display it! Email a digital copy of the photo to Ms. Krebs at dkrebs@pvschools.net.

Dollars for Scholars

Dollars for Scholars applications are available in the Guidance Office. Visit the Dollars for Scholars website.

Move PVLearners

We have instructions for how to move your email, documents, etc. from PVLearners to a personal Gmail account. Don't lose all you've worked on! You will want to get this done as soon as possible after graduation. View Google Apps instructions.

Yearbook Information

Getting a yearbook in your senior year is a great way to treasure these years when you're old and gray! All seniors who wish to be included in the yearbook must have their portrait taken by Grads Photography. Photos from other companies will not be accepted.
